Navigating CF Shop is simple, safe, and secure. To explore our store, follow these steps to begin shopping:
- If you are a new user, click on the Login link in the upper right-hand corner of the store to set up an account.
- If you are a returning customer, click on the Login link in the upper right-hand corner of the store to log into your account.
- Once logged in, browse products by clicking on any of the product categories at the top of the home page.
- Select a product and choose your size and color (if applicable).
- Adjust the quantity and add the product to your cart.
- You can continue to add items to your shopping cart by hitting the “Continue Shopping” button in the shopping cart section of your screen.
- You have two options to checkout: click on the Shopping Cart icon in the upper right-hand corner of the store or click the “Checkout” button after adding products to your cart.
- Please verify that your order is correct before proceeding to the next step.
- First, fill out the Billing and Shipping address fields completely.
- If you have a Coupon code, enter it into the field and click the “Add Coupon” button.
- Click the “Continue” button
- Click the “Confirm this Order” button to complete your order or the “Edit Order” button to make changes to your order.

- Click on “Login” in the top navigation bar on the home page.
- Click “Forgot password?” under “Sign In”
- Enter your e-mail address and click “Reset Password”. A link will be sent to you to create a new password.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard and expedited orders will be processed within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) and shipped per your requested ship method. Allow 2 business days processing in addition to the shipping time for your order.

How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. Our standard method of shipment is UPS. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
What if I do not receive my order confirmation?
Order confirmations may take up to 15 minutes to arrive. Please check your spam filter to ensure your confirmation did not go to Junk. If you cannot locate the order confirmation, please log in and check your cart to ensure you fully checked out by clicking on the “Check out” button. Confirm that the email address noted on your account is correct. Please contact us at Membership@crossroadfitness.com if you still cannot locate your order confirmation.
How do I check my order history?
You may check your order history by logging into the store and clicking on the “My Account” tab in the top navigation bar. This will take you to your Account Dashboard. Click on “Order History” to review all previous orders placed on your account.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
How do I return/exchange an order that was processed incorrectly?
If your order was processed incorrectly, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve the issue promptly.
What is your return policy?
CF Store offers a 30-day return/exchange policy. The merchandise must be in new condition with the original packaging. There is a 15% restocking fee associated with all returned items. You are responsible for the costs associated with shipping the items back to our facility and must provide us with the tracking number for your return, so we may confirm the delivery of the returned items. Once the items are received, a credit will be issued. All returns/exchanges are required to be processed through contact with our Customer Care Department. Please contact us at email@example.com for a specific Return Authorization number and specific return instructions. We are not responsible for unauthorized returns/exchanges.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Contact our Customer Care Department at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 877-226-9215 with your order/item information to obtain specific return/exchange instructions and an Authorization number. You are responsible for the costs associated with shipping the items back to our facility for return or exchange. You must provide us with the tracking number for your return package so we may confirm the delivery of the items. Once we receive the items and confirm the re-sellable condition, we will process an order for the item you would like to receive in exchange or process a refund for your return. All exchanges must be of equal or lesser value.

How should I send my return/exchange back?
The Packing Slip in your order also includes a Return Slip so that you may exchange your items without placing a new order. Send your return/exchange with a copy of your original packing slip or if the packing slip is not available, please include your full name, a bill to/ship address, phone number, and email address. It is recommended that you ship your return or exchange back using a trackable shipping method such as UPS or FedEx. CF Shop is not responsible for returns not received.
Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
We cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted. Please double-check your shopping cart to ensure all items are included and correct before submitting them.
